Re: New Years Plans!
I believe my neighbors who called the cops were the ones that were located directly behind me. They have moved out (i guess that means i win!). So I think we'd be ok. Plus the fact that it's freaking New Years and everyone is partying.
But ya, either location works. Makes no difference to me, just throwing it out there if you guys get uncomfortable with your house being the party spot.

Re: New Years Plans!
Brandon, what are the odds of you getting called away for work during the holiday season?
How about we all stew on if over Turkey weekend and we'll lock it down after than and get it all planned out.
We need
---------
DJ & Music: Anyone here actaully have nice transportable system that would be preferred over someone house system and a radio going?
Food: be kinda cool to have some finger foods available as well as some main grub. i'll break out the lil smokies!
Booze: Oh yeah, can we get a shot girl up in here!
Perosnally, we coudl just charge if needed and have someone tending bar. LOL it coudl work quite well at each location.

Re: New Years Plans!
haha, well 1 is out of service though for remodeling though! There is a 99% chance I will be home until spring. There's always that 1% chance I won't, but I shouldn't be going anywhere now until like March.
If it's easiest to do it at your place, then heck by all means, lets do it there. I'll just be plan B.

I dont think I have ever used an actual recipe for a wop/fruit bowl. I just did a google search for 'wop recipe' and there are a ton of hits but I dont know if they are good, never tried em.
We have always gotten our favorite fruits and mixed it with vodka and other fruity alchohols. It has always been good........until the morning when you realize how big of a mess it makes.
I havent done anything fun for the New Year for a couple years. I hope this year is different. I really dont want to spend it at the bar.

Re: New Years Plans!
Nice! I can try to get you that for free in Madison this weekend if you want, all the liquor stores give away beer pong kits for free when you buy a keg (we'll probably be buying 6).

Re: New Years Plans!
I haven't made any plans yet, but I should be able to make it out there.
If you're going to do the keg thing, let me know. I can get you set up pretty nice. We're grown ups here, we can use taps and push it with CO2. No need to use those silly hand pumps like those college parties. And why cool the whole keg, when you can just cool the beer? Trust me, I know how to do it.
