I too joined the EVO crowd about 3 weeks ago. Bought the car with a spun rod bearing. Exactly 2 weeks after i rolled it into the the garage it had a fresh rbuilt 2.3L

Thanks for the nice comments everyone! This thing is a blast to drive and hopefully will surpass my 2G in performance quicklike! After a few basic performance mods, it definitly could use some lowering springs and some tint though...climbing into this thing feels like getting into a truck after driving my 2G!
Swifty, like you're the first guy to ever drive a black 1G? C'mon man, seriously...

Or working DSM's, but to drive it right first you gotta hit the brake twice, turn off the stereo, honk the horn 3 times, and then it'll start. Those kinda dsm's are everywhere! Even in my garage you may find one!
