I saw it Monday. Looking good! I'm really hoping they get it started though soon so they have time to play and tune.

You will see video after this weekend Kyle got his drive shaft shop axles in and finished the fd yesterday so I'd say they are all sound asleep right now or for a few more hours and then back at it. I believe both cars are being loaded up this afternoon on their trailers and they are taking off for norwalk later tonight? I wish I could go! My work handbook says I cannot take vacation in the months of July, and August!! GAY!!

Re: Our new project car has arrived...
The FD will be at the shootout, but the odds of us running it are about zero.
The motor runs great, being it has pretty much EVERYTHING custom on it, including all of the outputs on the AEM.
All 8 Injectors work, Our CIC System works (Whats CIC you ask? You'll see!), MAP, IAT, WBo2, and everything else seems to be working great. It rev's nicely to 3000RPM, but we haven't taken it past that yet.
Trans is still up in the air because the only gear we have had it in is neutral. Trans should work great, but at this point, who knows. The car has been fighting us every step of the way. It is still on the lift, not on the rollers. Odds are it won't even be on the rollers until middle of next week.
Overall it runs great, but needs to get tuned. We need to leave tonight, so we probably won't get it on the dyno. We will see though.

Re: Our new project car has arrived...
You must be dead at work Kevin!
The plan now is to wash/wax it and make it look purdy!
We'll have to see how well that White cleans up.

Strip the old wax off by washing with Dawn dishsoap, wash (car soap with conditioners), claybar, wash again (same as 2nd wash), then use a good wax and that should get rid of the yellowing of the paint.
