Get a bigger fan Cher! Or another. And listen to the AEM temp from the sensor, not the stock gauge. I remember mine would do the same thing, the DSM temp gauge could be burried and it is still only at like 220 or something, not hot enough to screw it up big time. Remember that with a 180 thermostat, that is the temp that the stat starts to open, so it will run hotter than 180 usually.
