Check out the bottom of this thread for installing. As for tuning, pick up some sort of datalogger such as
www.pocketlogger.com Until i moved to dsmlink, that's what i used. I actually still have it. I think their price came down quite a bit since i bought it.

BTW- Solder the connections. Don't just twist them together and tape them.
