can a t25 be repositioned or twisted?

can the compressor housing be turned on a t25? i need to move the turbo outlet pipe a little to avoid hitting a clutch bleeder...

yes it can, ither take out the big snap ring that holds on the compressor housing or hit it will a hammer.

I guess a soft face dead blow hammer or a peice of wood to protect the housing is what i should have said. The snap ring can be hard to remove so make sure you have a good pair or snap ring pliers.

I didnt find a way to get the snapring loose, so i did the wood and hammer method. worked really well to my surprise (i hate using hammers like this though). IC piping is now installed, and im making good progress.
