***For anyone who hasn't seen this movie, my post here might kind of be a spoiler. Just so you know***
I guess I should clarify a bit. I thought it had a great plot, that kept you guessing, so I give it an A+ on that. But if you break it down to the different scenes, and action sequences, some of the stuff was predictable. Like when the guy was walking around with the flash camera in the dark, You kind of have to expect something to happen. It built up the suspense and then boo, something happens. It's that kind of stuff that gets predictable, standard horror film kind of stuff.
But I did notice some things that they did almost subconsciously to throw you off guard. In that same scene, Adam takes 4-5 shots before anything happens, and after each one you hear the flash recharge. Subconsciously, your expecting the flash to recharge after he takes a shot. And then he takes a shot, and the puppet starts laughing,
while the flash is recharging. It's little things like that that can kind of throw you off a bit.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie, I just think it could have been better, with better acting and a few more suprises.
