Yea... so lets see, water goes on the rotors, then you get outside and the water starts freezing immediately, then you dont have brakes for a few hundred feet until you burn off the ice using your brakes to make friction which causes heat
If the brakes feel mushy and you have to pump them up a few tiems to get pressure than you might be low on fluid, have air in the system and then need a bleed.
