brake problem

I take the car through the auto carwash and when I get out the brakes are really hard. Its like driving a car without power breaks. I noticed the same thing happen this last weekend after doing lots of drifting in the snow. Snow was getting packed into the rims. It goes away after pushing the breaks a few times. I think it has something to do with moisture getting on the breaks.

Pads are new but the fluid needs to be changed. I boiled it really bad this summer and have yet to change it.

Yea... so lets see, water goes on the rotors, then you get outside and the water starts freezing immediately, then you dont have brakes for a few hundred feet until you burn off the ice using your brakes to make friction which causes heat :)

If the brakes feel mushy and you have to pump them up a few tiems to get pressure than you might be low on fluid, have air in the system and then need a bleed.
