This whole conversation went way off the deep end. Weren't we talking about AIDS?
If you have AIDS, stop having unprotected sex. If you don't know, then GET TESTED!!! I get tested every 6 months.
This will just open another can of worms, but people who knowingly spread AIDS by sex should be charged with Attempted Manslaughter, or 1st Degree Assault with the intent to kill.
