Do yourself a big favor and just cut the wires to the factory alarm. They are just pieces of shit. On my 95AWD I couldn't even arm mine because it would just go off at any moment, even if it was in a garage. My guess would be that your controller for the alarm is just messed up. Is there any other things weird happening with the electrical?

I'll agree with you there I have to open my car from the passenger side if the security lite comes on. To disarm mine I have to pop the hatch open (with the key)
