It wasn't because "they played" the wrong song. It was because the tape that she was going to start lip synching to started too soon and she got caught in the act so she started dancing like a monkey.
It's too hilarious because her guitar players were laughing while she was walking off stage but so was she feeling quite... stupid (I would think).
