Easy way to check for a hydro leak in the system is to pump the clutch pedal a few good times and hold it to the floor and have someone watch the TOF and watch for any movement back to its normal position to where it would be if there were no pressure applied to the clutch, also dont overlook fluid level.
If all eles does not prevail put a pry bar on the UDP and watch for Excessive endplay.
