Other large cities have tracks in the metropolitan area. I was in Indianapolis a couple weeks ago. Indianapolis Raceway Park is right in a suburb of Indy. If you layed a map of Indy over the Twin Cities, it would be like driving to Minnetonka to get to the track. That would be awesome!! And that is what we really need.
In St. Louis, they have Gateway International Raceway. Its in East St. Louis which is kind of a run down old industrial area. But it is right in the middle of the city. Maybe they should plow down the whole warehouse district of Minnepolis and put the track there.
That way you won't affect any residents. Maybe you could leave Elite still standing.
