Slow news day?
Jeez what happened to all the banter we used to have in here... It's all crickets and skeletons nowadays.
Anyway I had a thought. Maybe post up what you do for fun besides "the car"?
I race harescrambles and enduros on a "new school" 2 stroke. So who's next...

Re: Slow news day?
Drink beer, eat tacos, and occasionally drive my fun car but rarely think about modding it anymore I also read political news until I get pissed off so then I start reading the celebrity news gossip and eventually start linking pics for ranking/judging in the Shoutbox!
Beyond that, I likely spend far too much time working or thinking about work. I don't do many house projects anymore since buying this newer house, but it still seems to find a way to occupy at least a little of my time every evening.

Re: Slow news day?
Race motocross, ride my rocket, also into reefing ( saltwater aquarium). And then building my cars. That is what takes all my time and money. Focusing on buying a house right now so that will keep me busy when that happens also.

Perfect example: I got home from work last night and decided to assemble my new string trimmer/edger. Perfect, done. Now I might as well use it! OK used it, then mowed, then used my blower to clean of the driveway, sidewalk, patio, and walkway. Oh, I should water all the potted plants now too. Hmmm...might as well rake the backyard while I'm at it! Oh, better use some weed & grass killer on the sidewalk and driveway expansion gaps. Oh look, two new wasp nets. Been seeing a lot of spiders, better treat the foundation... And the list goes on!

Re: Slow news day?
Yep, now it's boat/margarita season, don't have to do much with cars except the occasional flip. I'd say work occupies most of my time these days with lots of travel. Hora do jantar!

Re: Slow news day?
Up until now I've been driving truck and sleeping. lol Working evenings running from Wadena, to Merrifield then down to Roseville to drop and hook. Not much time for anything else. Will be moving into building co2 lasers now with an early schedule. Hoping this means projects will be getting knocked out faster!

Re: Slow news day?
I think kracka pretty much summed it up. Working 50 or more hours a week, and tonight when I get home I need to mow the damn lawn which I just did and trim and clean the house. I rarely drive my talon lol. I do try to disc golf as much as I can on weekends along with beer drinking though.

Re: Slow news day?
Spend days on the lake whether it be doing water sports or ice fishing. Valley Fair. Drink beer. Drive the fun car.

Re: Slow news day?
Would be fun to do a style meet like the old days, but hopefully at a Old Chicago that is closer to the cities haha. Or Culvers would work to.
