Sorry I didn't see this until now. Since the bump already has holes in it from the factory for the wrong size plate, I bought this. It has rubber "screws" that fit the factory holes and just tighten in them, no damage to bumper. Seems to have held up to car washes and such over the last year.
I thought about the grimspeed one but it still has the two holes in the middle of the bumper which is kinda lame too..
