If they have anyone back out on tuning time, that means they lose money for the day that they can't get back. I understand the concept. I dont think i asked for special treatment, but i guess the way i have been previously received by db would classify to you as special treatment. I just wanted to clarify as a business you dont want to make a customer feel like they are part of a problem they have nothing to do with, or did nothing to contribute to.
