Honestly, I have no idea. I bought the head from 1999Gst, to my understanding he took it off of a car that he purchased. Maybe he can chime in. I added the Evo 8 valve springs/retainers and lapped the valves while doing so. I also had it resurfaced.

Valid question, I wouldn't say it is the most fresh. I've seen more fresh but this one is definitely pretty fresh. You could say fresh
