Assistance diagnosing a no start issue

Good news!! That black plug that wasn't plugged into anything was the culprit. Mark figured out where it went by locating the same plug in his talon. He plugged it in and he said it starts! Don't know how I missed that .. At least it was a easy fix.

Anyways... Now I just need to set base timing and figure out the blinker issue.
