Re: House Projects
My bday present to myself this year!
I love keeping my house chilled and frankly I have spent TONS of money on cooling my house without a programmable thermostat the last several years. NO MORE!
This thing took some goofing around with my router, but its all setup and working after tonight. Got it all programmed up and its in "learning mode" for most stuff. But this thing is cool, adjusting temp from my phone ftw!

Re: House Projects
Sweet! I've been eyeing one of those for a while now but I have this wild idea to relocate my thermostat when I install it...stupid old houses...

Re: House Projects
Planted some shrubs. Decided to just do the front for now. Will do some more eventually, but thought this was a good start.
- 3 Sea Green Junipers
- 3 Gold Spirea's
- 2 Red Twig Dogwoods (one at each front corner).

Re: House Projects
My sink in my house didn't come with a garbage disposal, it was built in 2005 and still didn't...lame lol.
Well as I am trying to stop the car modding for a bit, did this over the 4th weekend.
I realized I suck at plumbing, starting to figure it out and it works now with no leaks. But I had to work it quite a bit to get it to work, not the prettiest but hey I have a nice disposal now and its really quiet. Glad I got the nicer one even though it was more as this thing is super quiet, can barely hear it.
Next up new blinds! Then yard work for me.

Re: House Projects
Construction of my new house is coming along. Hoping to move in mid August. Garage is 1200 sq feet. Pole shed will be 3200 sq. feet. And there is a house attached to the garage too. LOL

The space above the garage will be unfinished for now. We'll use it for storage. But could be finished later. We'll have a theater room in the basement that will be the "man cave".
later,
Curt
