Used to do that shit in the Army when someone was pulled a total douchebag move. Have 2 guys sneak under their bunk, each grabs one side of the sheet so they are trapped and others do the beating. Didn't happen often but the drill sergeants seemed to like it. Usually it was when someone narked on someone else.

Yep! It was suggested a few times in my basic as well. Although it was called a sock party if I remember.
