Can't go wrong with a Billet wheel HX35 with Mitsu hot side for a budget turbo.

That had to have been the slowest 500 hp car I've ever seen.

What are your actual goals with the car? Not having a defined goal often times leads to an over-turbo'd, over-manifolded lag-fest that a good 16g setup would eat for lunch, and be a lot more fun to drive.

It sounds like you're building a street car, but is there a specific 1/4 time or trap speed you are shooting for?
