I'm only on my phone so ill keep it short. Depending on the price your work can get a new X intercooler, you could probably find a new aftermarket one for just as much. You would most likely be better off finding a good used one on EvolutionM.net

As far as exhaust, I'm not real sure I've ever heard a "high pitched" mitsu per se. Not like the Hondas you see roaring around with fart cannons anyways. You would have to do something horribly wrong for it to sound like that. LOL

And no, nobody will know if you don't have any cats in your car, everybody who lives outside of California ditches that shit.

If you do all of this stuff you will want a tune. It would be dumb not to.
