You should be able to dial-in base settings and drive the car to DB out of boost.
What is your deadtime and global for the injectors? Base fuel pressure? All ethanol in the tank or some pump mixed in too?
Speed density requires proper working map sensor among a couple other things. Do you have everything wired in correctly? Consult this link
