OK, so my DSM cruse is still running rampant and I am just going to cut my losses and not own them anymore. Here is the deal. On june 28th I was clipped by an awesome out of town motorist. After 2 weeks of deliberation it was determined she was at fault, and that they would fix my car. After 3 more weeks of hearing nothing with the car at the body shop, I hear back today they are totaling it. The car was registered on June 24th (did I saw I have awesome luck?) and due to the government shutdown or what have you I still only have the receipt from the registrar. So in order for me to get paid the totaled value (which I got royally F'd on) I need the title in hand. When I get that.. I am going to put the car for sale for $2k, it will have a salvaged title or whatever happens when a car gets totaled, and once you see what the damage was.. you will laugh, get a super cheap car and have fun. I am done. I will include pictures. The car is completely drivable (mechanical wise) but its missing a turn signal.
