We are working with BIR (as they do the tech) to ensure he has four employees working the tech lines not just one like PG (although they had promised four). I told them specifically to hold YOU up as long as possibly, imho your two hour wait wasn't long enough - I didn't even hear any smack talk all weekend, clearly we didn't get you riled up enough.
