1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX 5-Speed 100% original

How come it doesn't have "Mitsubishi" and "Eclipse" and "GSX" logos in the back? Were they removed or was the trunk repainted or something? Why is the engine bay paint clear coated? Strut towers and such. From the factory engine bay was not supposed to be like that.
I feel like the more we dig, the more "original" stuff we are going to find out.

The paint in the engine bay is correct. I think the later model DSMs had a clear coat. My 97 GSX is the same way.

Did you read my ad? The original owner had the spoiler removed. The decals as well. The first person to come look at this car will buy it.
