ok thanks I just wanted to make sure you didn't haft to pay 197k on top of the 130k. If that were true I would be living with my parents for a long time.

No problem.

After going through it once, I learned alot.

Closing costs are another thing...are you rolling yours into the loan? Or do they even let you on your first time (I know they do if you refinance and have the room in equity). Closing cost are about $5K-$10K

I used a mortgage calculator to find that info. Do it yourself if you don't think it's right. :razz2:
