This was a mistake on the part of my marketing manager, this issue was never resolved and we still recommend avoiding HKS products.

Someone (^^^) should reread the thread. They werent saying anything about the products necessarily, but the business practices of HKS.

Someone^^^ should reread my comment to where i never specifically pointed out HKS being good or bad either products or business practice. I've never had them do me "WRONG". Just adding your comments for no reason

How about we stop this right here and you think outside yourself.

Sure, they haven't done you wrong. Why? Two reasons: First, you've never, not once, dealt with them directly, you dealt with at best a distributor, but more likely a performance shop or Joe McPricehike on craigslist. Second, you've never had to have an item warrantied through them. Give that a shot and let me know how much you still like them.

In this thread, we're talking about how a local performance shop who many of us personally know the staff of, local Mitsubishi enthusiasts, and even on a broader scale Mitsu enthusiasts around the country who buy things from MAP online have been hurt by the business practices of HKS. Not you.

You should try to think about other people involved here for 5 seconds instead of blindly consuming and posting baseless reviews.

Which shop do you work at? I'll be sure to avoid it in the future.

So what you're saying by dodging the subject of HKS' business practices is that you do in fact agree with them? You should let me know what shop you "own and work at" so I can keep my money going toward people whose practices and morals I support.

And for the record, I quoted the section above because with the level of knowledge and professionalism you've displayed both on here and in my personal dealings with you I find it very hard to believe that you, again, in quotes, "own and work at" a shop, especially one that could be in any way lucrative in nature.

I mean, let's face it, I sell parts to some really dumbass shop owners, but at the same time, they at least seem to know what the fuck they're doing and talking about most of the time.

I like how you edited this from "LOL OK" to this actually paragraph.

You still haven't identified your "shop" sir. Quite frankly, spaz isnt the only one who thinks you are talking out of your ass and are a complete moron.

Great comeback.

You were attempting to buy a pipe you didn't need because you had no idea what you had in the first place. Sounds like every other retard I deal with at work every day who has no job and lives off the government. The fact you neglected to mention is that the night before, I drove out of my way to meet you at a location very close to your house, just to call you to find out you'd decided to go bar hopping instead of meeting me, which you felt was totally okay and I'm sure the thought of compensating me for my intended kindness and trouble never crossed your mind. Also of note, you apparently don't have your own cell phone because I had to call your GF, whose number you gave me to contact you at (without disclosing the fact that it wasn't yours) 4 times before she finally picked up, much to both of our confusion. I still have her number BTW, maybe I should call her and inform her of your listed occupation on here as "HoWranglin", I think she'd appreciate that a bunch.

And for the record, you've got a 2G with a torn LICP. I'm driving a clean, low-miles, mechanically fit Evo. Talk down to me about my life choices when you've got something to show for yours.

Re: Why you should think twice before buying HKS products

Making things up now? Spaz your really trying to dig deep here.. Swinging from nut to nut, are you trying to impress the mods here?! Who ever said I was bar hopping? I never once gave you a reason. Your the type of person that I deal with everyday, a person who never gets the OK to come to a place for a product but just shows up and crys later when your not running on their time. It would never cross my mind to toss you unearned money, Ill come to your work and give you a firm tap on the back Charlie, you went way beyond the call of duty!!! Keep hustling behind that parts counter pretending to go-fast working 9am-5pm. I couldn't do it lol. Remember when you where explaining Oils to your fellow customers on which is better? You came up with the best "I dont know what to say right now" comments. "Quaker state is the better oil in this situation because they wanted to test there product against different oil companies but that never happened." So their the best because they made a statement and came forward with "what they believed in?" Sounds like a direct correlation to what you feed here at the forums.

Keep your comments to yourself. You might hurt someone?! You would never know the condition of my car considering you've never seen it."You should try to think about other people involved here for 5 seconds instead of blindly consuming and posting baseless reviews." My points exactly.

How immature of you are to bring my girlfriend in this. Who cares what my profile says? or a cell phone? Once again, just picking at me when you don't know what the fuck my situation is. OMG I'm so worried about my girlfriends response, give her a call, you'd get your ass chewed.
