This shit where we're changing the time and location every week is worse than anything else I think. Back in the day when it was applebees and just applebees we had good turnouts because people knew where and when to be there no matter what. I think someone should own up to making sure everyone knows where/when it is.
A few solutions I see to make it easy on people. If we stick with the thread approach, which is somewhat irritating and hard to follow. The person designated to the task once everyone is done bitching about where it is responds with a post with red bold text of the location and time. The other option would be if EVERYONE was on facebook we could join 2008 and make a fan page for mitsustyle and create events for everyweek, but obviously that won't work.

I don't see what the big deal is. I don't go to meets every week but I can confidently say I know when and where the meet is every week regardless. Also, saying the meet changes EVERY week is far from the truth, considering some weeks there isn't a meet because no one is interested even when it was at OC week after week.
Any person who takes on the job of being "meet coordinator" will be hated. You can't please everyone, any location/day/time that is not convenient for someone will instantly receive ridicule. Who wants to deal with that?
Last night we went somewhere new and still had 9 people show up. If that's so bad then please
PLEASE show me where the problem lies.
