Stop driving your car so much and there wouldn't be this problem. Oh, whoops, I forgot about that urban sprawl, 50-100 mile wide cityscape called the American dream. And if you want wind that blows all the time, take a little trip to Fargo, ND. They can grow corn there too, its a miracle.
