Is there a breakdown of which cars got how many votes? I'm just curious to see how many people actually voted for my Galant

I actually have that airbox in my garage....the old HKS can. You can never find the foam filters anymore so I guess that was someone's solution.

Oh, I know it wasn't the current owners who did that. The previous owner was the one who we saw at rock falls, bragging about flying by a cop at 120....

As well as myself. I had won a trophy last year, not washing the car or anything, and a shittier setup that wasn't as clean (IMHO), and this year..nada. Just curious, I'm just glad I made it.

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Saturday, August 28th, 2010

Sorry guys, but I'm not going to make available the entire vote tallying spreadsheet. That will just cause drama and a lot of work. I'll get the wrap up page with trophy winners and pictures up this week.

Thanks,
Curt

I walked down the row intending to vote for your car because I've always liked your engine bay. I know you've talked about getting it painted but it's just in really rough shape compared to other cars.

Bump for Curt

Just wondering because I wanted to make it out to it this year (missed last years also), but it ended up falling on a track day that I was planning on attending in the area and I thought they were usually on sundays in the past.

It is sometimes on Sundays, sometimes on Saturdays. I usually pick a day with less conflicts. Saturdays usually work a little better for people. The last few times it was on a Sunday was because it was the same weekend as the Bemidji rally. And the rally is Friday and Saturday. I believe that is why the last three were on Sundays.

later,
Curt

Re: All Mitsu Cookout -- Saturday, August 28th, 2010

Hey everyone,

I've got the results and pics up from the All Mitsu Cookout: http://mn3s.org/cookout2010/index.html

We had 127 registered Mitsus and 145 total Mitsus on display. Thanks to our main sponsors Brookdale Mitsubishi and Modern Automotive Performance. Also thanks to all my hard working volunteers. They allowed me to actually walk around and look at cars this year.

later,
Curt

Actually this isn't that guys car anymore. Its my freinds that just bought it and hasn't had time change anything that the dumbass before him messed up. If anyone has a 2g MAS for sale he is looking to buy one to fix it.

I asked the owner when we were looking at it if he lived over in WI and he said that's where he bought it from, so I figured that out. It was just funny because when we saw the previous owner he was bragging the car up pretty good.

Is the current owner registered here?

It's good that you're trying to fix it. Make sure you get a logger asap and make sure it's not knocking.
