Oil pump sproket hard to turn..

Well even with the balance shaft connected it still had quite a bit of resistance. I ended up assembling it all into the case I got from Primo and it spins freely. I'm assuming something got really messed up with my case when this happened. Maybe even warped it.. After all, I was at about 3k rpm with it seized up.
