Sigh, not to be a dick, but "ITouch" doesn't exist, I assume you are talking about the iPod Touch. 1st Generation iPod Touch's are not worth very much anymore.
1st generation: ARM11 620 MHz (underclocked to 400 MHz, then 412 MHz)
2nd generation: ARM11 620 MHz (underclocked to 533 MHz)
3rd generation: ARM Cortex-A8 833 MHz (underclocked to 600 MHz)
What is the serial number? I can look this up for you. Also, I am interested, PM me and ill get back to you faster.
