VHT is not very good. Put it on clear lights and it turns purplish. Also have you ever seen someone that has done VHT. Most of the time it looks dull and not very good. I have used VHT in the past and it turned out decent at best. If you saw them side by side I think you would agree its worth it. And as for the hobby shop stuff. That's what someone used on the taillights I bought and it looks worse then horrible.

VHT also fades after being in sunlight. I used it on my WRX and the tails are not nearly as dark as they used to be.

VHT sucks balls

all have been sprayed, (sorry for the delay, we had dual compressor failure's this week,)
-they are being wet sanded and buffed as i type,
should be able to pick up in the morning.

I used it on my rx7 and it came out great. I had the car for 5 year and it never faded at all. But good prep work is the key.
