NTB--NEED to buy a 1g turbo manual ECU

I have one from a 91 GSX if awd matters? It's an Eprom aparently my buddy says. He was gonna gimme $150 for it, but he says I need to keep it for when I start running up with DSM Link. If you want it for that $150 you can take it 'cause I need other more important parts first.
