The digital camera worked out pretty well I think. Just make sure it doesn't have the recording limit. Some cameras limit the minutes it records.

Next time, I'd like to set up a video camera right by the pit area. Start it, jump in the car and drive. :-) Then pick it up after the run. I think that would work well.
