Does Pauleys in Chaska do breakfast? It might be easier to get to the Autoplex from Chaska (south) as from anyplace on highway 5. Pauleys has a bigger parking lot, more seats, easier in/out than the Perkins does.

Saturday Pauly's American grill opens at 9am. Lunch/Dinner only.
Looks like a nice place to gather.
