There is a lot you can do with a limited slip and sticky tires. I don't think they need to be AWD. The added weight kind of makes the platform pointless, since they aren't terribly light to start with. My stock GT was something like 2560lb with a quarter tank of gas and no spare tire or tools.

I'm just saying, its probably easier to make a 2500lb 1G AWD than a AWD CSM.

And I've seen a 600whp mirage with zero problems hooking up.
