Transfer case recall anyone?

FYI, I had my recall performed at Roseville Chrysler. They did perform it without too much hassle, but would only replace the transfer case not the crappy copper plug piece on the drive shaft. That was even after the new transfer case leaked. They also managed to put a huge scratch in my paint and charged me for a tow they assured me beforehand they would cover. I DO NOT recommend going to them for the service.
