Pump gas, street tires and a heater makes it daily driver capable in my book. This guy is no fool, he's built a lot of really fast Vettes and spares no expense. I guarantee that car is more drivable than a lot of the garbage you see on the freeway everyday. It's not that hard to make 2000 horsepower anymore with all the aftermarket blocks, a set of turbos and EFI.
