when I went into the data log section my throttle position was reading at 9-10 and underneath it read 9/ 11 so is this something normal? Well on a wideband oxygen sensor you should be seeing around 14.7:1 afr to 15afr, thats what mitsubishi and most people usually shoot for.
A poorly functioning tps could be a huge deal on a vehicle. That is the source of your accel and decel fuel triggers. It seems that your throttle only shows 10% max? That would mean you have no accel fuel or decel fuel settings. The ecm is most likely in a limp home mode also due to the lack of a throttle signal.
