Porting the oil relief with BSE?

I say BS. Just take out the old bearing, put in anew one and use the new bearing to block off the oil hole. (AKA DO NOT LINE UP THE HOLE IN THE BEARING WITH THE HOLE IN THE BLOCK). Lots of people do this, I have personally. Oil pressure according to factory gauge is normal.
