Question Is this normal? (noise around 4.5k) - 93 talon tsi

Okay, so recently I noticed that my car (93 talon tsi) makes a weird noise at about 5k. I'm not sure what could have caused it (if it isn't normal)..
I did recently get a new BOV which was uncirculated for a little bit, and I figured maybe after I recirculate it, it would go away. It is now recirculated and it's still there..

So I guess what I am wondering is, is this noise around 4.5k normal, or is there something wrong?

Vid:

In this video it's very noticeable in 2nd and 3rd gear.

Thanks.

Aren't you a little young to be going that fast?

I watched the vid twice, I didn't hear anything. What sort of noise is it? What mods do you have on the car now?

Check your flamidation valve, it kinda sounds like that if it gets disconnected?

I might be!
It wasn't that fast...lol

No! lol I know what the BOV is.
The noise I'm referring to is the "change in sound" i guess you could say that starts at 5k.
mods:
Apexi N1 3" turboback exhaust
K&N drop in filter
Greddy type S BOV (recirculated)
and the BSC restrictor has been removed
...That's about it.

No. I can hear the noise just fine, I think you just have to know what to listen to...but I suck at explaining noises. lol
I'm starting think from your guys' responses that this may be normal, and that's why you aren't hearing anything wrong.

Re: Is this normal? (noise around 5k)

The noise starts at 5k, yet you shift at 5k. How are we supposed to hear anything? Bring it up to 7. Maybe then we can hear what you're talking about.

Re: Is this normal? (noise around 5k)

Why did you change the bov?

I hear the noise, but am unsure on what it is. Sounds like a turbo almost, but like it's grinding on something.

I changed the bov cause it was given to me for free (well, i drove my friend around and that was his way of repaying me). It's a good bov, and i like it..
I basically just wanted something different.
