for $100 i will give you a car magazine, where it lists the HP ratings of various cars in the back.
seriously though, at school, everyone wanted to dyno their neon. and no matter how riced it was, they all made the same HP within like 10hp. it never made sence to me why they thought theirs was going to make more power than the other.
and the turbo ITR barely making over 200hp...haha
