Yeah, I would get it replaced pretty soon. You broke a cord inside the tire. Don't get too crazy with corners or high speed until you get it replaced.

Most likely due to hitting a hard bump in the road. I've seen it happen many times. If you ignore it you risk the chance of the tire blowing out while driving.
