I've got basically the same deal. 6 bolt with spun bearings, needs a rebuild. Mine is still all together, although I would like to keep the head. I can send pictures and what not if you would like. PM me for more info if you're interested.

I've also got the coil, intake mani, and some other stuff that came off that motor if you need any of it.
