I dunno about the food preparers at taco bell. I think they aren't making 10 bucks an hour. I just got a "raise" to 14 an hour. It's so stupid working for an hourly rate, I want to be salaried and work 30 hours a week so I can play with toys I bought from my salary.
I just swilled some beer and I'm not thinking straight, but I think higher min. wage is a good thing, overall. Less "poverty" class people asking for the handouts. Think of that angle!
