I assure you that they are brand new. 95talonracer and EclipseGST can vouch for them, since they are the only two, besides myself, that have seen them in person on here. The pictures aren't very good at depicting that. The first pic posted is the best. The stuff on the rag is assembly lube, not oil. I decided to coat the lobes with it so they would not rust and I used the rags so that they wouldn't get damaged in the boxes. I will be sending you the specs shortly. I spoke to Comp Cams to make sure that the specs were correct. The only difference between these and FP3xs is 1 degree of duration and .004 (4 thousands) of lift.
