I was having the same problem as these guys. I even tried using my avatars from different site and they all looked the same as 92 Evil Talon's.

Are we doing somthing wrong, or is it the board?

Its just you. It is time that you download a free program(like I have told you before) and have complete control over your pics.

just me huh? How come I just used you avatar with out changing it at all and its a 1/3rd the size?
